These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.gwspsychiatry.com (the “Site”) operated by GWS Psychiatry (“GWS Psychiatry,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) Who this site is for

The Site is intended for adults (18+) located in the United States. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

2) Not medical advice; no patient relationship created by using this site

The Site provides general information about psychiatric services and allows you to contact our office. The Site content is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice.

Using the Site, reading content on the Site, or submitting a contact form does not create a doctor–patient relationship with GWS Psychiatry. A patient relationship is formed only through our standard intake process and our express acceptance of you as a patient.

3) Not for emergencies

Do not use this Site for emergencies.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency or are at risk of harming yourself or others, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are in crisis, you can also call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.).

4) Contact forms and communications

If you submit a form on the Site, you agree that we may contact you at the phone number and email you provide to respond to your request. This may include communication by phone call, text message, or email.

  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

  • You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP (where applicable) or by contacting us at frontoffice@garystableinmd.com.

  • We do our best to respond promptly, but we do not guarantee response times.

5) No payments or online scheduling on this site

The Site does not process payments and does not provide online appointment scheduling. Any scheduling, intake, or services occur through our office and/or clinical systems outside the Site.

6) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in a way that violates any law or regulation

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or user data

  • Interfere with the Site’s operation (including introducing malware, scraping, or denial-of-service activity)

  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through our forms

We may restrict or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

8) Intellectual property

10) Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Site content.

  • We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

  • Any reliance on Site content is at your own risk.

11) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GWS Psychiatry and its owners, clinicians, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

In any event, our total liability for claims relating to the Site will not exceed $100 (or the minimum amount required by law), whichever is greater.

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GWS Psychiatry and its owners, clinicians, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

13) Changes to the site or these terms

We may modify the Site or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

14) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
